Your HOA board is comprised of annually elected neighbors, who volunteer their time and talent, for the legal requirements and physical upkeep of our entire community. This both keeps our maintenance fees low and makes our property more attractive to residents, guests and visitors, and potential buyers.
* Kelsey Court Homeowners Association, Inc, a Virginia not-for-profit association, employs Gates Hudson Comminity Management, Inc., as our professional HOA management company.
* The volunteer HOA board meets monthly, on site, rotating to board member residences, to formally discuss management and financial matters associated with Kesley Court. Meetings are posted at community news board ( next to mailbox ) in advance, when possible, per bylaws.
* Meetings are always open to HOA members who are in good standing (dues paid, no liens or HOA issues).
* Elections for 2 year terms are held each year at a regularly scheduled annual meeting ( terms are staggered )
* Each owner has 1 HOA Vote, per their real property ownership. Owners are notified in writing 30 days in advance, per by-laws, of this annual meeting time and location, and all board positions are open to all property owners in good standing. RESIDENTS/Tenants are subject to ALL HOA rules, and communicate with HOA through owner/members.
